Villa Bubi is a newly built villa in a small tourist resort Štinjan near Pula and Brioni archipelag, situated on the south-west coast of Istra. It is sited at 15 km from Pula airport, 3.5 km from town center of Pula and 2.5 km from a fishing village Fažana, and Kozada, Jerolim and Brioni Islands are close by. Because of its site Štinjan is one of the most interesting tourist destinations of Istra.

Villa Bubi is situated about 350 m far from the camping Puntižela. The camping is equipped with different sport yards, including diving school, diving center and tennis courts.
